Shows Prime Minister de Valera and U.S. Min. Gross in Dublin, Eire. Part 6, Sec. of Commerce Jones greets Howard Hughes at the Washington National Airport after landing the "Constellation" transport plane from a record flight. Part 7 describes the role of women in the war.
